From a wedding officiant's perspective about Lowndes Grove:

"This place is beautiful. I have performed several weddings here, and they have several different options of places to have your ceremony.

Below are photos from 2 of my past weddings that I've performed at Lowndes Grove Plantation. The first couple (Aaron and Dr. Kari Bresse) decided to have their ceremony on the back lawn with the water as their backdrop. The second couple, (Dr. Rick and Haley Hood) had their wedding underneath one of the large live oak trees.

As you'll see by these two sets of photos, they're both beautiful spots to choose from. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Charleston, SC, Lowndes Grove Plantation is a great place to get married.
